1. What types of curtains do you offer?

We offer a wide range of curtains including:

Our curtains come in various materials, colors, and designs to suit your home decor needs.


2. How do I measure my windows for curtains?

To get the perfect fit, follow these steps:

  1. Measure the width of your window from left to right.

  2. Measure the length from the top of the window (or where the curtain rod will be) to the desired length (e.g., sill length, floor length, or puddled length).

  3. We recommend adding extra width for a fuller look (typically 1.5 to 2 times the window width).

3. Can I order custom-sized curtains?

Yes! We offer custom-sized curtains to fit your specific needs. Simply choose the curtain style you like, and during checkout, you’ll be able to provide us with your measurements.


4. How do I care for my curtains?

We recommend the following care instructions to keep your curtains looking fresh:

  • Machine wash cold (check specific care label for details).

  • Tumble dry on low or air dry.

  • Iron on a low setting if necessary.

For curtains with special fabric (like blackout or delicate materials), follow the specific care instructions provided.


5. Do you offer curtain installation?

Currently, we do not offer installation services. However, we recommend hiring a local professional or handyman if you need assistance installing your curtains.


6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery time to Poland is typically 5-10 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


7. Do you ship outside of Poland?

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Poland. We hope to expand our shipping to other countries in the future, so stay tuned for updates.


8. What should I do if my curtains are damaged during shipping?

We take great care to ensure that your order is packed securely. If your curtains arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at eldispeiereg@gmx.net. Include a photo of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

10. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at eldispeiereg@gmx.net.


11. Do you offer gift cards?

At the moment, we do not offer gift cards, but we plan to introduce them in the future. Stay tuned for updates!


12. How do I return or exchange my curtains?

We currently offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the curtains are in unused and unopened condition. Please review our full Returns Policy for more details.


13. Are your curtains eco-friendly?

We are committed to offering sustainable products where possible. Some of our curtains are made from eco-friendly materials, including organic cotton and recycled fabrics. You can check the product description for more information on the materials used.


14. Can I get a fabric sample before I buy?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer fabric samples. However, you can view detailed images and descriptions of each curtain fabric on our product pages to help you choose the best option.
